Participant Portal (p2)

Through the Participant Portal, also known as Self Assessment, participants can fill out questionnaires on the web from home or in a testing room. The need for data entry is eliminated by use of this portal, saving a lot of time and paper! This participant friendly interface, in combination with other COINS tools, allows for questionnaire queue management and templates, submission review, conditional skipping and looping, flagged answers and much more. Custom CSS also gives users the ability to decide how their questionnaires look.
