If you are sent or have clicked an enrollment link you will see the study name and study number at the top of the page.
If you do not have an account yet, you will complete Sign Up form, verify your email and enter in your contact information.
If you do have an account, you can click Already have an account? Sign in and sign in with your existing email and password.
After signing in or signing up, you will be directed to a contact form with required fields and then to another page with a couple of other questions. At the bottom you will see an Enroll button.
