Study Mapping Support Tools
As the number of data sharing initiatives increase, COINS has been actively developing tools to interface with different databases. Currently COINS supports data submissions to the National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive (NDA) initiatives (NDAR, RDoC, NDCT) and the Federal Interagency Traumatic Brain Injury Research (FITBIR). Features include GUID creation assistance, instrument question mapping, assessment response transformations, and imaging series mapping. The features have been created in an effort to reduce the submission time and attempt to eliminate the need for data manipulation to meet the formatting criteria.
