Text Input is a free text field that allows for information to be typed directly into the field. The text input question type can be customized by selecting which features you want to apply. Click here to learn about available Question Options.
Text input can also be formatted by selecting which condition you would like to apply to the text responses given by participants from the Required format for text input options.
- Date - MM/DD/YYYY (set to this formatting for jumps with dates)
- Date - MM/YYYY
- Phone Number - (505)-123-4567
- Time - HH:MM:SS
- Time - HH:MM
- Age - two digits
- Number - 123 or 1.23 a range with minimum and maximum values can also be set
- Email - example@mrn.org
Users will be prevented for continuing if the text formatting is not followed.
