To access a reporting tool to help better see the productivity of radiology reviews, click Radiology Review Productivity from the Radiology menu. This will load a page of all the dates reviews were completed on.
The list can be filtered by selecting the radio button for the productivity report you want to view. You can select View All, Autoanalyze, or choose an individual radiologist. The list will filter as soon as the radio button is selected and you will be able to see the following items for the dates reviews were completed on:
- Review Date
- Number of Reviews - amount of reviews done on that date
- Review Time - amount of time spent on the review
Click the Review Date hyperlink to see a detailed view of the items reviewed on that day.
The details will list the following items:
- Row - item number in review list
- Review Date - review date and time
- Review Time - amount of time spent on the review in HH:MM:SS
- PI
- Study Name
- Scan Label - the date timestamp for the scan
- Visit
- URSI
- Scanner
- Radiologist
At the bottom of the list will also be the following statistics:
- Tot. # of Reviews - the total number of reviews for this date
- Tot. # of Hours - the total number of review hours for this date
- Avg. Review Rate - the average time each scan review takes in reviews/hour (revs/hr)
