Import Data

The Import Data page is the last step in the Import Data workflow.

Its user interface is very similar to the Validate Data page with a few differences as described below:

Import Result

Import results are similar to Validation Results, with a few differences

• That have Import as well as Mapping and Validation Errors.
• They cannot be used to resolve Validation Errors.
• Error CSV's can be downloaded for each file.

Import Error

An import error is an error that occurs after the data has passed validation when an import is attempted.

Error CSV

There are two options that configure how the error CSV is generated:

• Transform Data: If this is set to "Yes", the the data in the CSV will be transformed by the mapping. This data will be in the same form that it is in when it is given to the destination.
• Prepend Errors: If this is set to "Yes", then the first column of the CSV will display the list of errors generated by that row.
