Apply Maps

The Apply Maps page is used to assign mappings to uploaded files.

On the left is a listing of the files and groups uploaded to the import. They can be selected by clicking them. Selecting a group selects everything within it.

On the right is a list of the maps applied to the selected files. The order can be changed by dragging them. Mapping lists can only be edited for multiple files when all selected files have the same mapping list.

The "Check Fields" tool is useful for determining how well your data and the mapping line up. After running the check, each file and it's mappings will be displayed with a different color:

• Green: All fields match
• Yellow: The source data contains fields that the mapping does not have
• Red: The mapping contains fields that the source data does not have.

Hover over a file mapping to see exactly which fields do not match.

Be sure to save your mappings before leaving this page.
