COINS Updates 08.07.15

Production Version 0.33.0 (8.7.2015)
  • Server Side Tracker Table (MICIS): in effort to reduce the the memory impact and improve the end-user experience in the web-browser, data table server side rendering has been implemented for the tracker tables. This strategy improves browser memory performance by only maintaining pertinent data to the immediate view on the page. This resolves the issue of COINS not loading tracker tables that contain a large number of trackers/participants.
  • Coversheet fix (ASMT): you can now update by more than one field at a time and colliding assessments after updating the properties now work rather than returning a 2 without a C or F.
  • Radiology Review Letters fix (MICIS): when there are no letters that match the search criteria you will now see a message indicating this and there will be no link to download.
  • Meta Portal menu update (MetaPortal): the menu has been updated to remove the old Demos menu and changed “My Apps” to “Study Portals”. The style for the menu has also changed. This styling will soon be in MICIS and ASMT!
  • Participant self enrollment activation (p2): allows participants with existing an email address in MICIS to self enroll into recruitment studies via a DOB and email confirmation.

Training Version 0.34.0 (8.11.2015)
(Training database synced from production database 8.10.2015)

  • Menu update (ASMT, MICIS): the style for the menu has been updated. Check out the new and improved look!
  • Instrument details (ASMT): now when creating/editing the instrument details the instrument name, version and max instances are required. Also, the version is now restricted to 12 characters.
  • Resume entry queue sorting (ASMT): the sorting on the entry date column has been fix so that it is no longer sorting on the month but rather the entire date.
  • Send for radiology review (MICIS): site admins can now choose which scan series should be sent to the radiologist by study.
  • Self Enrollment phone bug fix (p2): on mobile devices the self enrollment page was not requiring a phone number. This has been resolved.
